A credit is the prepaid unit everything in the app runs on. You buy a package once, and each action — an AI answer, live listening time, practice feedback, a session debrief — spends a fixed number of credits from your balance.

Live listening costs 1 credit per started 5-minute block. A block is only charged once it begins, and stopping and restarting within the same block is free. A started block is not refunded — stopping early doesn't return the credit, but you are never charged for a block that hasn't started.
