Terms of Service
Last updated: July 5, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of InterviewSOL (the “Service”), available at this website. Please read them carefully — they contain important provisions about recording consent, your responsibilities, disclaimers of warranties, and limitations of liability.
1. About the Service and acceptance of these Terms
The Service is operated by Pawlosz Industries - Paweł Karwat, with its registered address at Zacisze 26 47-200 Kędzierzyn-Koźle, registration number (NIP) 7492114628 (the “Operator”, “we”, “us”). You can contact us at pawelkarwat9@gmail.com.
By creating an account, signing in, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal capacity to work and contract in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service provides real-time speech transcription and AI-generated answer suggestions intended to assist with interview preparation and practice. The Service is offered as an assistance and practice tool only.
The Service does not create any employment relationship, does not constitute career, legal, or professional advice, and does not guarantee any interview, hiring, or employment outcome whatsoever.
3. Account
Signing in to the Service requires a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the account you use to access the Service and for all activity that occurs under it.
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service only for yourself. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account or your credits to anyone else.
4. RECORDING CONSENT — YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY
The Service captures and transcribes audio. Depending on how you use it, this audio may come from a browser tab or system audio that you choose to share, or from your device's microphone. Captured audio may include the voices of other people — including interviewers, meeting participants, and, when microphone capture is used, anyone physically near you.
Recording, intercepting, or transcribing other people's speech without their knowledge or consent is illegal in many jurisdictions. This includes so-called “all-party consent” laws in force in many U.S. states and in many EU member states, as well as data-protection laws such as the GDPR, under which other participants' voices and words are their personal data.
BY USING ANY AUDIO CAPTURE OR TRANSCRIPTION FEATURE OF THE SERVICE, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT, BEFORE EACH USE, YOU HAVE OBTAINED ALL CONSENTS AND SATISFIED ALL NOTICE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS THAT APPLICABLE LAW IMPOSES ON THE RECORDING, INTERCEPTION, PROCESSING, OR TRANSCRIPTION OF THE SPEECH OF EVERY PERSON WHOSE VOICE MAY BE CAPTURED.
You are solely responsible and solely liable for any unlawful capture, recording, or processing of audio performed using the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator disclaims all liability arising out of or related to your recording or capture of any person's speech, and you agree to indemnify the Operator as set out in Section 13 for any claim arising from a breach of this Section.
5. Use during live interviews and third-party terms
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the terms of service of any interview or meeting platform you use (e.g. video-conferencing software), with any policies of the prospective or current employer, recruiter, or other counterparty, and with any applicable honesty, integrity, or examination rules.
Using AI assistance during a live interview may be prohibited by the other party and may have serious adverse consequences, including rejection of your application, withdrawal of an offer, termination of employment, or reputational harm. You assume all risk of such consequences. The Operator is not a party to any interview or employment process and accepts no liability for any employment-related outcome connected with your use of the Service.
6. AI outputs disclaimer
Transcripts and answer suggestions are generated automatically by third-party artificial-intelligence models. Such outputs are probabilistic in nature and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or entirely fabricated (“hallucinations”).
The Operator makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any output, and does not guarantee that any output will improve your interview performance. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding whether and how to use any output.
7. Acceptable use
When using the Service you must not:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law, including recording and data-protection laws;
- submit or capture content that infringes third-party rights or is harmful, defamatory, or abusive;
- reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, crawl, or copy the Service or any part of it, or resell or provide the Service to third parties;
- circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, credit limits, usage limits, or any technical or security measure;
- access the Service by automated means or place abnormal load on it.
8. Credits and payments
The Service is monetized through prepaid, one-time credit packs purchased via Stripe. One credit corresponds to one AI-generated answer; live transcription itself does not consume credits. Credits do not expire.
Credits constitute a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-exchangeable licence to use paid features of the Service. Credits have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and may not be resold or transferred. Prices may change at any time with prospective effect; a price change never affects credits you have already purchased.
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, EXCEPT WHERE A REFUND IS REQUIRED BY MANDATORY APPLICABLE LAW.
EU/EEA consumers — waiver of the right of withdrawal: credits are digital content supplied immediately upon purchase. During checkout you are asked to expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (in Poland: Article 38(1)(13) of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights). Your consent and acknowledgment are recorded with the payment, and confirmation is provided on a durable medium with your purchase receipt.
If a payment underlying granted credits is refunded, disputed, or charged back, the Operator may revoke the corresponding credits, which may result in a negative credit balance. Credits consumed by an AI generation that fails are automatically returned to your balance.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is and remains the exclusive property of the Operator or its licensors. These Terms grant you no rights in the Service other than the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.
You retain all rights you hold in the content you submit to the Service (such as your custom instructions and captured audio). You may use AI outputs generated for you; outputs are provided as-is, without any warranty, and subject to Section 6.
You grant the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to process, transmit, and store your inputs, captured audio, transcripts, and outputs to the extent necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
10. Privacy
Information about how we process personal data, the third-party processors we use (including speech-to-text and AI providers), and your rights is set out in our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy. The Privacy Policy forms part of the information basis on which you use the Service.
11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION, OR ACCURACY OF TRANSCRIPTS OR AI OUTPUTS.
Nothing in this Section limits warranties or guarantees that cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection law.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT OR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, LOSS OF REPUTATION, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE OPERATOR'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE OPERATOR FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory applicable law, including liability for damage caused intentionally or, where non-excludable, by gross negligence, or mandatory rights of consumers under Polish and EU law.
13. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Operator from and against any third-party claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) content you submit to or capture through the Service; (b) any recording, interception, or transcription of any person's speech made without legally required consent or notice; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or of the rights of any third party.
14. Suspension and termination
The Operator may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if you violate these Terms, use the Service unlawfully, or abuse the Service, its infrastructure, or its credit system. Where reasonably possible and legally permitted, we will notify you of the reason.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account by contacting us at pawelkarwat9@gmail.com.
Sections which by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 4, 5, 6, 9, 11, 12, 13, 16, and 17 — survive any termination or expiry of these Terms.
15. Changes to the Service and to these Terms
The Operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any feature of it at any time. We may also amend these Terms; material changes will be announced on this website and the “Last updated” date above will be revised.
Your continued use of the Service after amended Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service. Amendments do not affect credits already purchased or rights you have already acquired.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the Polish court having jurisdiction over the Operator's registered seat.
If you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Union, nothing in this Section deprives you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence, or of your right to bring or defend proceedings before the courts of that country where EU law so provides.
Before initiating court proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at pawelkarwat9@gmail.com to seek an amicable resolution. The Operator does not commit to participate in voluntary alternative dispute resolution (ADR) proceedings before consumer ADR bodies, except where such participation is required by mandatory law.
17. Final provisions
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force, and the invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects its purpose.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator regarding the Service. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. The Operator may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a transfer of the Service; you may not assign yours without our consent.
These Terms are made available in English and Polish. In the event of any discrepancy between the language versions, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by mandatory law.
